Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for your interest in my art! Ensuring your satisfaction with your purchase is important to me. This policy details the terms for returns and refunds.

What can be returned: Due to the nature of the original artwork, returns are generally not accepted. Regardless, please see the “Damaged Artwork” section if the artwork arrives damaged.

We cannot accept returns for artwork that has been damaged due to inappropriate handling by the customer.

Damaged Artwork: If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me within    days of receipt with snapshots of the damage and packaging. I will work with you to arrange a replacement or a full refund, if applicable. 

Return Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs. To ensure the safe return of your artwork, we recommend using a trackable shipping service (for expensive artwork). 

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email. Your refund will be processed within    days, minus any applicable fees (original shipping cost).

Changes to this Policy: I reserve the right to modify this return and refund policy at any time. The updated policy will be posted on this website.
